Training
(PRAXIS/MD Suite) We offer both on-site and conference call product training, to help our new clients learn all of the beginning and intermediate functions of our software. We provide a wide range of tips and "best practices," to ensure our clients take full advantage of our software's functionality.
Hardware Implementation & Integration
We assist our clients in the process of selecting, installing and integrating hardware. We have a affiliation of hardware & networking specialists around the country - and relationships with some of the largest hardware and software vendors in the world.
Configuration & Network Support
Our local IT staff provides clients with all networking and systems support services as needed. This includes network cabling and wiring, network devices setup (routers, switches, wireless), servers / workstations setup, printers / scanners setup and more.
Praxis /MD Suite SUPPORT
We offer remote monitoring and support of PRAXIS and MD Suite. Our technical support team for PRAXIS is available Monday- Friday 8am – 8 pm EST and 8am- 5pm PST for MD Suite.
